How To 

• Before use, brush with butter or shortening and dust liberally with flour, or cocoa for dark batters, to coat.  Baking spray, such as Baker's Joy, containing flour is also great for coating.  
• Use a pastry brush to push the oil and flour mixture into each intricate detail of your bundt pans.
