Do you need a Party Room in Little Rock for your next celebration?
Do you have a budding baker in the house? Add a layer of fun to your party by spending an hour together building a DecoSet® Themed Birthday Cake, Celebration Cake, or Cupcakes with our guidance!
We offer the use of our cake decorating classroom in 1 hour party room rentals for celebrations of all types on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Perfect for gender reveals, holiday parties, team building experiences, and ofcourse children's birthday parties. (Children ages 6 and older only please.)
What's included in your fee?
1 hour of time in our party room, reserved just for you with a privacy door and adjacent restroom, for up to 22 guests.
Your choice of DecoSet® Themed topper from any of our available options in store. (Please list your preferred theme in "directions to seller" at the check out, and we will be sure to set it aside for you.)
Choose one option: 1.) One 1/4 sheet birthday cake, pre-iced and background added, and ready for the fun decorations, borders, and DecoSet® cake topper, or 2.) 24 un-iced cupcakes ready for fancy swirls, sprinkles, and DecoSet® cupcake picks and rings. Flavor will be half white cake, half chocolate cake, with vanilla buttercream.
1/4 sheet cake will be pre-airbrushed if required or an edible image background layon will be added to prepare the cake for the next step, the fun step...piping the details.
Buttercreams to match the theme and finish off the cupcake tops or your sheet cake details.
3 ounces of fancy sprinkles that we select for you to tie back to the theme and colors.
A super awesome cake decorating assistant, to show you the basics of cake decorating and guide your group through the steps of finishing the details. Want to skip the step of decorating yourself? Ask your decorator to complete the cake for you while you watch!
Paper plates, napkins, forks.
Soft drinks or bottled water.
The use of our spatulas, bags, piping tips, turntables, etc., during the decorating portion of your party.
The use of our sinks, wastebaskets, and clean up facilities to tidy up.
Our crew will do the final sweeping, mopping, tool washing, and sanitizing.
Optional Items with Added Cost
Want more sprinkles? Love edible glitter like we do? You have the option of purchasing these items in store to extend the fun of the party.
Need candles? We have them.
Prefer a 2 tiered DecoCake. We can do that too!
Want to experiment with colored fondant and fun cookie cutters? Purchase them in our store before the party and we will gladly walk you through the steps as time allows.
Or buy each guest a piping tip as a party favor. We will show you how to use them.
What is not included in your fee?
Adorable matching plates, napkins, paper products. Please feel free to bring anything that you would like to use to carry the theme and color throughout the party room.
Balloons, banners, or paper decorations. We don't carry these items, but we would be delighted to help you place them in the room. One of the coolest decorations we've seen to date was a 4 foot tall Mickey Mouse balloon sculpture! Totally Awesome!
Catered foods. We don't offer them, but you are more than welcome to bring in buffet style appetizers, pizza, or sandwich trays to make your party extra special.
"Clean up on Aisle 5". Sure, we expect to clean up little messes, especially when children are involved. However, we require a cleaning deposit before entering the room. This deposit will cover any additional clean up fees if we find icings on the walls, smeared all over un-used equipment...you get the idea. We have a very limited amount of time between parties and classes. Our crew needs to utilize that time sanitizing the space. Time spent cleaning disaster zones will be charged to the party goers.
We don't mean to sound harsh, but your super assistant cake decorator is there to help guide you through the steps of decorating your cake or cupcakes, not to control the unruly. You are responsible for maintaining control of the kiddos.
We require a ratio of 1 adult per 11 children between the age range of 6 years to 12 years. More adults are even better. :)
We are not equipped to offer the party room to children under age 6. We love the little tykes, but our tables and chairs aren't small enough to safely and comfortably accommodate them.
