  • Usage Tips:
    - Make sure that your tools and hands are clean and dry 
    - Use cornstarch or confectioners sugar to make a non-stick work surface while rolling out fondant
    - Knead the fondant and apply to the cake quickly to keep it pliable and easier to work with
    - Make sure that any leftover fondant is wrapped and sealed
  • Storage: Store for up to one year in airtight container.
  • Once opened, assuming you do not introduce moisture into the pail and it is sealed properly again, it is good for at least six months after being opened while stored at room temperature. Unused fondant should be resealed quickly and wrapped airtight to prevent crusting and drying. Trimmings should be stored separately so as not to introduce other ingredients to your pail of fondant. Store at ambient temperature away from direct light.

  • The fondant on a fondant-covered cake at room temperature is good for 7-10 days. (Keep in mind, some cakes with dairy or specialty fillings must be stored in the refrigerator.  The cold fondant will draw moisture when it is refrigerated, creating a glossy sheen on your cakes.  We recommend storing refrigerated cakes inside a bakery box, wrapped fully and tightly with cling wrap.)

  • INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Canola Oil, Palm Oil, Cellulose Gum (thickener), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Modified Corn Starch, Glycerin (humectant), Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Acetic Acid (preservative), Titanium Dioxide, Pearlescent Pigment, Yellow 5, Yellow 6.

    • POLISHED FINISH Apply a coat of clear cold glaze on the Shimmer fondant. For extra shimmer try a shimmer cold glaze.
    • BRUSHED FINISH Brush luster dust over the fondant covering for a dry brush look. 
    • RICH FINISH Paint or airbrush a thin coat of edible metallic paint for a full shine. The heavier the coverage, the less fondant will show through. 
    • FOIL FINISH Shimmer fondant works as a beautiful base when paired with Silver or Gold Leaf.
